Joe Yaggi is Creative Director of
Jungle
Run Prod
uctions,
an independent production house based in Bali, Indonesia.
He has served as a producer, director, camera operator,
editor, location scout, translator and whitewater and
climbing consultant for clients as diverse as National
Geographic, ABC News, CNN, European Broadcasting Union,
E! TV, Wild Things (Paramount Television), MTV (WildBoyz),
UNDP, The Nature Conservancy, AT&T and Griffith
University in Australia. His award-winning documentary,
A
Kayak Adventure in Borneo, has aired on ABC
News and the National Geographic Channel.
For the past decade, Joe has been
living and working throughout Indonesia and East Timor.
Jungle Run’s most recent work includes development
of a natural history TV documentary based in one of
Earth’s most remote and biologically rich regions.
His organization has also developed an innovative video-based
eco-regional media campaign in this area, ushering in
conservation awareness among far-flung communities.
